Tips for khyber suspension

Replacing khyber suspension with honda civic is not worthfull rather it will uncomfort you more. Suspension of civic is designed for its own wieght.. I have done this kind of experiment on my civic 96. One day I went to replace civic springs to accord to check the behaviour in terms of comfort but disappointed as it uncomforted me much more and atlast I end up with the stock suspension. I suppose Civic is more haviour than khyber therefore replacing suspension will make is harder and uncomfortable..

i have some problems wid my khyber but i cant make it out

1. there are alot of sounds in the front area like....grrr..grrrr.grrr...but once the engine is hot enuff the car is very very silents

2. how would know that i need to change my shock absorbers

3. there is a grrrrrrrrrrrr......sound from the left front side but only in 1st nd 2nd gear ....but when it speeds up slightly around 30-40 there is no sound

4. is there any possibility to find the front jaali of khyb er nywhere i need grey

5. where can i get my "takhta" above the CNG tank ..i repaired this one but still i m not satifsfied, it looks very pathetic

6. is there ny possibility of repairing the viper timer

i ve recently bought khyber n m also a newbie ....problem i m facing is squeaky sound (chun chun :P) from front right suspension..like if i put some weight/push it down or on an uneven road i get chun chun,also when i move the steering while car is at rest i get the sound like koi cheez raghar kha rae ho..there is no other sound on u-turns etc..went to mechanic he said there is plastic thing relating to steering has been jamed n total 1500 ka kharcha bta dia hai...i m confused kindly someone help me out.

p.s ye awaz kabi kabi khudi khatam ho jati hai...

bro i faced tat problem but just replaced its original shocker with cng shockerz n now mashallah ma car rear comfort is damn good

Bro what do u mean by CNG shockers. Do u mean any special sock absorbers for CNG cars or just the CNG springs that are available everywhere.

ek or problem jo meri gari ki solve nhi ho rahi wo ye k me ny apni khyber car k tyer change karway hain brand new lagway hain or hissy ka kam bhi karwaya hai lekin meri gari 100 speed py ja k campny lag jati hai or agly tyer esa feel hota hai k nikal jain gy gari out of control ho jati hai. jab k me ny dost ki khyber drive ki hai wo bilkul smooth hai lekin meri gari 100 py ja k campny lag jati hai ye kya masla hai kindly is ka koi hal batain k ye thek ho jay.

Brother is any vibration in steering after over 100 speed?
If yes than balancing is required to your tyres...

for smooth drive replace spring with Civic 98, but please do not go for kabli shock or used shocks

Hi bro, I just bought Suzuki Khyber and I am not satisfied with the suspension. I have changed the Shocks (front) but still, I am not feeling the comfort that I feel in my uncle's Khyber. Can someone help, in how to make the suspension softer and what can be done with the rare springs to make it softer too???

Congratulations on your purchase @zainaleem12.
Always mention your city while posting and asking such queries..
If you are in Karachi, go to Afzaal sons. They will make your suspension as per your need, hard or softer

Hey bro I am from Islamabad, I need some advice to make my khyber suspension softer… moreover, my car vibrates alot if I drive it on 100+… I have changed the tyres and Alloy rims vibration is less after that however it is still there… Wheel balancing has been done but no fault found on that… can you help?
