1. A good battery should not die even after a week. As you already have dry battery then you have no tension of electrolyte level. Just keeping ur car started will not do much of charging.

2. I strongly suggest you to keep an electronic air gauge . Yes they do lose air but very little.

3. If you already have lcd then camera installation is cheap. Keep it pending at the moment because you will need to spend much to bring it is per your taste

4. Whatever oil you put ensure its not fake and you have a way to ensure it is original.

5. Stay away from mechanics as much as you can.dont ever trust any mechanic, oil wala ,electrician etc always get opinion from multiple people

Is dry battery better than Acid batteries?

I think, Yes, provided, brand is same in both cases, when you are drawing the comparison, like AGS Maintenance battery Vs AGS Lead Acid battery.

Do I need to Start the car daily or after 3 days

You may start the car after every 3-4 days, to be on a safer side.

Do tubeless tires lose air?

Yes, especially when normal air is filled (If Nitrogen is filled, then tyres may not loose air, especially that frequently, unless / until tyre has got some puncture(s)).

Should I get an air gauge to check the air level in tires?

It depends on you. If you would like to have one with you, and check air pressure, then there is no harm in having one.

how much it costs around?

A good one might cost somewhere around 750-1500 Rs.

It depends on your convenience. If you want to install it, get it installed, otherwise, if you think that it is not that important and you can manage without it, then you may leave it.

Which Engine oil is better to be used?

10w-40, 15w-40, 20w-50 are mostly deployed in Mehran. Since you have not mentioned the model year, odometer reading of your car, and oil which is currently being poured, I regret that fellow members may not be able to guide precisely.

After how long tuning etc or visit to the mechanic should be made?

10,000 Kms I would say.

1. My corolla has a year old Daewoo Dry Battery. It sat for 4 months. The negative terminal was disconnected for these 4 months. The car started right up with no problem.

2. Yes, Mehran tyres do lose air faster than other cars. I have a set of bridgestone in front and general in the rear in my mehran. Whenever i go to fill up air, (almost once or twice a month) my Bridgestones have 26 psi remaining and the General's have 12-15 psi, almost always since last year.

3. No, too much of a hassle. You're also going to need to install an infotainment screen. I revers my Mehran because I've learned almost all it's parameters. I did hit a few poles when i was learning, but it's no issue, you can get a good quality bumper replacement for 700-1000 rs.

4. I use Total quartz 10w-40 mineral oil and change it every 4,000 kms. I have no issue in acceleration nor does my car overheat. You can use a synthetic oil, but don't go over 5-6,000 kms. It's better to use a cheaper oil and change it more often than using an expensive oil and over using it. I use guard fuel filter and guard air filter. Stay away from Shell oil, it gave a very bad response (excessive noise) when i used it.

5. Tuning basically is to restore the car's set clearances to normal. If you have an EFi Mehran, get it tuned every 40,000 kms and have throttle body serviced every 20,000 kms. I don't know about carburated Mehran's though, so I won't say anything about them. Either get it done from Suzuki or a good mechanic. My mechanic uses a scan tool and OBD tool to set idle rpm and fuel mixture. I doubt most mechanics even carry a scan tool. That's why go to a good Suzuki workshop. They might be expensive but you're tuning your car once in a while.

1. Overall, dry battery is better but if you have an acid batttery. dont worry. it does the work. han week me ek mar start kar di karo. meney apni wali last 3 months se start he nahi ki, because for no reason i stop using car and hate driving. planning to start and take her out this sunday. and i am sure 4 to 5 psi hawa tire ey kam hui hogi.
2. if there is any leakage yes it will lose air. to have a gauge is ok but if you dont have one doesnt matter. tire se hawa kam hui tou ap ko khud he pata chal jae ga. and wo kesey ? tim ek sath sath ap ko khud he feel hoga
3. to become a master, no need to take support of such things which are just shashka most of the time. you can not completely relay on back cameras. once i hit the car while using reverse cam. its only good to have to see kahi kisi khadey etc me na gir jae. lol
4. depends. mostly you can use the oil till 4 to 5000km. and change betwen 6 to 12 months.avoid 20/50 oil please.
5. when you need it. fazul janey ki need nahi. tuning etc 5,6 months k bad b karwa lo but month me ek bar khud he air filter nikal k saaf karwa do. .

Matlab garri aap ki hoti hae aur Bumpers par loggon nae dent aur scratches daalnay hee daalnay haen.

So my advice, You dont just protect others from your car but also protect your cars from others, keep all moving objects in your Peripheral Vision. This has been my personal technique & alhamduLILLAAH it has been extremenly beneficial.

Mehran model is 2013. Odometer reading is 55,000 kms. Caltex Havoline SAE 10W-30 has been poured by previous owner throughout as per maintenance log diary.

I think i shoud stick with the same oil and keep using it anf getting it replaced every 3-3.5k kms.

This should depend on the fact if the oil is mineral, semi synthetic, or synthetic. Semi synthetic would easily go till 5k, synthetic till 8k

Honestly there is no major benefit, if any, of changing the oil before its due.

You are just spending extra money for no extra benefit, & producing extra waste, which is very bad for the Eco System.

E.g 4-5 Oil Changes instead of 3, over the same mileage.

I doubt Mehran needs API SN or even API SM, but check the owners manual or with some expert owner.

If you're engine.is going smooth and doesn't totally hog down with AC on than keep using 10w-30. If you want, you can use 10w-40, no problem.

Well, 10w-30 / 10w-40 is the recommended engine oil grade for Mehran, but with old / obsolete API ratings.

If this Caltex / Havoline 10w-30 is working absolutely fine, then you may continue using it, and replace timely.

I have been driving Mehran since 2015 and used it for around 18,000 kms in these 5 years. Here are the key points i have learned through experiencing it hard way !
1) Don't allow electricians to use tape as insulation after connecting wires, you should be using either solder or connectors to make sure it stays there.
2) Try to get a manual of car and make sure you are following instructions according to it.
3) Don't follow mechanics advise every time, most common myth is whenever there is some issue mechanics usually advise to pour 20w-50 viscosity engine oil, to remove thermostat valve and make radiator fan direct.
4) Always try to get good quality parts because cheap ones don't last long, eventually they cost you more than what original does.
5) Make a habit of checking fluid in radiator, transmission oil, brake oil and engine oil in a week.
6) Dont use tap water in radiator, either use a pre mixed coolant in it or buy a concentrated coolant and dilute it with distilled water in 50% concentration.
7) Use good quality oil and air filters, buying sub standard ones might look good to you but they reduce the life of engine gradually.
8) Try to buy fluids from a reputable store like Metro or authorized dealers mentioned on websites of companies.
9) Make sure the drain holes in doors are not clogged with dirt, if its clogged, the water and dirt mixture will make it corrode gradually.
10) Avoid using detergents(surf) and dish washing liquids ( Max) to clean car, its better to clean it with car shampoo or just use plain water.
11) Use soft clothes in wiping the car so it doesn't scratch and produce swirls marks on your car paint.
12) Make a habit of waxing car by your hand , while doing it make sure you are not doing it in direct sunlight.
13) Buy a tire pressure gauge and make it habit to check your tire pressure when ever you can, keep it at standard air pressure according to your cars manual.
14) Don't accelerate and decelerate car rapidly, try to drive from a distance so you can allow your car to slow by itself instead of using too much brakes.
15) Don't wash your engine bay with pressurized water, it can mess up if there are any sensors installed.
16) Make sure the fuses in fuse box are according to the specifications, sometimes people usually install fuses without seeing the reading required for it.
17) If your steering turns left or right after leaving it, you need wheel alignment and if it starts vibrating at high speeds then you might need wheel balancing. Don't ignore it because it might ruin the threads of your tire.
18) Buy a good quality grease from market, ask your mechanic to use it when repairing suspension and make sure its used in front of you.
19) Don't make a habit of buying Kabuli/used items in every scenario, there is always a possibility it might not last long.
20) Try to get good quality wipers so you don't scratch your windscreen.
21) Always use seat belt, it saves your from accidents and fines
22) Use indicators on changing lanes, allow others to move instead having a road rage with them.
23) Don't use hid as it hurts the visibility of others.
24) Make a habit of using your side and rear mirrors.
25) Make sure you don't make a habit to run your car at low fuel it might cause your fuel pump to fail.
