Most of those locks mentioned here can't do anything about the snatching of motorcycles. They may work for simple stealing at day time from public places.
At night, thieves don't care about locks. They pick it up, throw it in a suzuki dala and off they are...they can open all sorts of locks later tassali se when its in their garage.
I think the best option is to give your bike an unwanted look - I've seen people replace the cosmetic bits of Honda Motorcycles by bits from china motorcycles. It makes the motorcycle less desireable.
