Can you shed some light on the 2UZ too? Like whqt gearbox or would thr 1HD one suffice and the differentials would need replacing or would these hold?

For 2uz its best to use its original gear which is A750(5speed) with its original uncut wiring and drive by wire sensor you will also need to have original keys as it has immoblizer(few 2uz from tundra dont have 2uz)
Go for 1FZ-FE with turbo!
There is one engine lying around in pindi turbocharged japanese engine and he is asking 5.5 lac for whole setup, may be by giving old engine he will less some price!
