I was surprised to read the article that cars, like as mentioned in the article, are priced around 10 lakh .. these cars seem to be pretty old cars though, like some of them are 10 years or so old. So I wonder what the prices are for cars that are like 3 to 5 years old ? Any idea?

I think its not correct prices dear, You should check it from market even here on Pakwheels i never found one of these cars in this price range. so price is really false .

The price mentioned here is not correct, even old models like 8-9 years old cannot get with 10K. also there are not new models available in the market,

After reading your article I made a search in the used car section of pakwheels and was not able to find the cars you have mentioned in the suggested price range (apart from maybe the lancer). I guess ground realities are different. If you are looking for a 1.5 L engine then in under 10 lakhs you can get a very well maintained 7th gen Honda Civic Exi and I think personally that it is the best car to go for.

Right now on PW's used car section. There are 29 Toyota Fielders (2002-2006) available in all Pakistan and the cheapest one starts from 11.7K. Kindly, mention the latest prices which are prevalent in the market. Not the ones, just for the sake or readers' attraction. It will ruin this forums' authenticity in the long run. Thanks

In Pakistan only politician have right to live with nice expensive cars poor normal common man can not affords even bicycles. Sometimes I wonder why in our country cars are so expensive even in India cars are cheaper then Pakistan. I am not comparing with the west where 10 years old car have no value

Well guys
I have used the 1500ccToyota probox for about 5 years. On which I have travel alot on long routes like Karachi to Islamabad and also in city travel.Belief me, I am amply satisfied with its performance regarding to comfort, lfuel average ,AC and performance.
This the vehicle, which can perform well on both CNG and petrol, although I used alot on petrol. Further , the spares are frequently available in combination with Toyota plays, Toyota IST, Toyota Vitz and Pakistan corolla( like side mirrors).
Further after 5years use, I sold it out in 10,35,000.
I did some modifications in that car like modifications of rear seats, hand rest and roof handles.

Rear seat of Probox must be replaced or your passengers would suffer backache unless you use it only for shorter commutes in the city

Dear Ahmed, Those are asking prices not the final prices. You can get yourself a fielder under or at exact 10lacks (after or even before negotiation.) The prices posted on the PakWheels used car section aren't exactly the final prices. Just because I post my Mehran at 10 lakh doesn't make it a 10 lack car. P.s I have many people in my circle who bought this car at around 9.5-10 lakh margin.

Plus prices posted on PakWheels ads are the demand prices by the seller not the final prices. Many of these cars are below 10 lacks unlike what you have claimed of not finding one.

Interestingly, this article was created on October 30th and none of the ads that you have mentioned were posted before 30th oct. Infact some that you posted are as recent as 11 Dec. Can you show me an ad that perhaps predates the article since you did your research before writing it? I would kindly like to have a look at it. My guess is maybe the market for these cars has gone a bit down as the end of the year is approaching. But then again I am no expert..
And as far as your offer to arrange a car is concerned... I am humbled.. I would have given it a serious consideration if I hadn't been driving the car I suggested in my post and that too for the past 13 years.

Wow! people like you never would accept anything. Mere Bhai when I first published this article I did the same effort and saw a couple of ads for all these cars ranging from 8-10 lacks before I finalized them and put them into the article. Was your point to find the mentioned cars in under the 10 lack margin or was it to prove me wrong since no ads are from the date when this article was published? What do you expect just because an article was published, let's say 1 year ago you want to see an Ad even live today so that you can accept the authenticity of the article?

Ok just so you would understand what exactly is it that I am trying to say...I have posted here a couple of ads of cars that have been sold and one of these date back to April 2017. All I asked was that since you did your research and saw some ads before posting your article..perhaps you could post one of those ads.. That is all I asked. Because after reading your article I did a random search and did not get the numbers you posted and hence made the comment. And its not just me, other people have commented as well. And they did searches before making their comments.

A good reader and commentor should also take counter critism and should be able to accept the fact that he made a stupid claim just because he didnt find some stupid ad.
