I am looking for Quartz 7000 10w40. As per my understanding, 5000 is non-synthetic and 7000 series is synthetic. Please confirm if understanding is correct. Also from where I can get it in Lahore with a surety that it is not fake.

Hello Sir,
Sir I have Honda City 2012 Prosmatec, I purchase it 2 months ago. The owner had used Total 10w40 (Mineral) and with that fuel Average was 18 on Long. Now I change it to Zic X7 10w40 but now it gives 13 on Long.
Should I switch back to Total 10w40 or should I use Total 5w30? Car Driven 170k, Engine in Good Condition.
