Which grade car is this? And it is S, L or G?

4 Grade. and S version.

some aqua had noise inside while some did not..

i also observed the sounds(squeakings and sometime small khar khars) and later got to know it is with almost all of them only new one didnot have that

no nothing they are just plastic parts voices mainly coming from pillar area and back side of roof

Brother, I own Toyota Aqua S- Smart Entry Package 2012 Model. I've also used Honda City, Let's compare them spec vise viz-viz:
1. Comfort: Aqua is definitely a winner due to its soft suspension system and comfortable seats
2. Durability: Aqua's body and build quality is far better than city
3. Performance: It's giving me 23kmpl without AC and 20kmpl with AC. With almost double mileage as compared to City you can drive it more to compensate for more bucks you paid to buy it.
4. Parts Availability: Both cars have their parts available in market. I don't think there is much difference in price for both of them
5. Resale: City may have relatively better resale
Final Verdict: I bought Aqua after getting reviews from its owners and now having bought it, I believe I took the right decision. The only thing you must watch out for is getting deceived by fraudulent seller who sells you a crappy car with fake auction sheet. You MUST drive it and check its pictures from the auction house it was sold from (in Japan) along with original auction sheet. Grade doesn't matter, only thing which matters is that individual car's condition and its original Japanese pictures/auction sheet. Good luck!

Buying aqua is a much good option it is more luxury than hond city. And very much fuel efficient car. I have recently buy aqua and im happy with it. Alhamdulillah
