It was late afternoon. And we were expected at Jahaz Banda at sunset. So this was the lunch time. Otherwise have to miss lunch. Though members opposed to take lunch saying that it will disturb the trek being full stomach.

But Rashid Bhai @emmaar came support of me on the trek.. and we decided to take lunch. Then all members took their lunch. It was delicious and great. Porters/Guide also enjoyed this meal.

Also it was proved that taking lunch on long treks don't effect trek performance.
