no the restriction was due to there local custom and imposed by the families living in the area. no security related issue.

Yeah i am a bit busy now a days . also can not manage for the neelum valley trip due 2 some unavoidable circumstances.*
The Mantokha Fall is around 55km from skurdu(can not remeber exactly ) but we have to inquire a lot on the way after leaving Skurdu
