Brother, I am more interested in looking at 3-4 glaciers on way to Naran, You have suggested that we should not take our personal vehicles their till the end of May. I am sort of Adventurous minded so even if its slightly possible, I will take mine across. Just want to see the images of glaciers so that I may judge the situation myself.

People have brought their own vehicles, I just said to be on safe side. Just be cautious while crossing through the glaciers and it will be fine.

Marching on... Close to naran we found some 4-5 heavy glaciers

this track is not so bad for cars

Hmmm....very nice..informative trip...Gave first hand info about the current condition of naran...And from the looks of it, I think the season will open quite late this year..and visiting window will be very short as ramazan is also in july this year.
2ndly, Saif-ul-malook ka yeh haal hai abhi ,snowing in may tou agaye tou haalat bilqul hi freeza houn gaye.. i'm referring to dodipatsar and lulusar lakes.

You are right about condition. It looks like snow has fallen a lot more this year and I think this track will stay like that till end of May atleast. So far roads are only opened this naran. Its totally blocked going forward.

I think May is the best month to visit Naran, especially if you want to enjoy good weather. In june Naran and lake becomes really crowded, temperature rises and lake losses its beauty due to rush on the lake.
