Toyot 2.0D Hot Starting Issue

@Xulfiqar Hi Boss. i need your kind support on some issue in my 2.0D. Recently, i have noticed that between 80 to 100Km the car shakes even if i m pushing in 4th Gear or 5th but if pushing in 5th gear impact is slightly less (or if i try slow mode between 80 to 100 km the impact gets lesser but is still dere- its between 80 to 100km but like in middles 10km range) but once over 100Km it all back to normal. Can you please advice wat can be the issue. 2.0D model 2000 140k driven.... recently diesel filter was changed along with engine oil filter, air filter and engine oil... cant be sure if its the cause. Support required.
Just to add i suspect it to be diesel fuel pump the one that supplies diesel from tank towards engine...

check the engine / transmission mountings.
bad injector pump will delay the accelerator response and smoke puff will come off exhaust.

actually no puffs, acc was perfect and pushed real well just had the damn knocking/shaking between 80-90 km/h window. Cold and hot starts both were perfect but issue is sorted out now shukar Allah.
I checked with some old friend who drove the car and pointed out axle being the cause. i forgot the part name but they call it axle kay kuppay (one of the kuppa had issue- lining thingy). also all 4 boots of axle changed.... now Alhamdulillah issue is resolved. no issue observed in any speed range even at @160km/h. 4th gear push from 60 to 100 km/h is all ok now as well. Dear Xulfiqar, writing here after long time, I had done valve clearance job, replaced water pump as found some damage, also replaced battery and starter motor now car has awesome starting hot or cold, no blue smoke even in cold morning, could not find a place to check pump timing with dial gauge, but overall car reached fuel average of 16km/L and so far I am happly
