works on toyota diesels.
and mitsubishi diesels.
The gaskets are chosen depending on the distance the piston is from the block deck (this is checked with dial gauge) - on a replacement you put the same "hole" gasket you found originally (if factory packed engine) - if you suspect that the engine has been repaired then a dial gauge and a magnetic foot base can show you the measurement and then you can choose the gasket.
then what have you done with it ?
my engine does not have blow and have standard size rings in it but it has externally leaking gasket so i should just replace the head gasket with the same hole and never opened y mechanics in its entire life
1KD FTV is better in power but is fuel thirsty
Its easy man, just stick an intercooler infront of the truck, you dont need the "stupid bonnet cut" one toyota provided.
The piping is easy too at a fabrication shop.
Replaced the headgasket
just head gasket and what were the changes after replacement you felt and from which mechanic you have consulted because i have hiace super custom with 1kz te and seeing it mechanics hesitate to work in its confined space
Im my own mechanic
