First of its also kabli..not civil..installed only few months back..no-2 Kabli now costs 200k in Lahore & its not available..ijz costs around 15ok without the turbo..i got mine with twin turbo with perfect working condition...can smoke any saloon car even with my big old car..its hell of an engine & hell of a car more over i am also giving the rims & tyres in this price as well.
So in my opinion its a very reasonable justified price for the set of engine with original auto transmission as well as these beautiful rims & tyres..

Hey Fahad, I recognized you from your avatar! You used to be regular on the offroadpakistan group, what happened? You went from the Ford GPW to a 2JZGTE powered Mark II?? Wow that's a jump! I have the same engine, just non-VVTi, waiting to be installed in my CJ7. If I'd known you were selling I wouldn't have already bought that one. I wouldn't advise replacing the engine at all, just drive it responsibly and sensibly. You'll be spending money to downgrade... not a wise idea. But if you absolutely MUST, I suggest you simply go with a 2JZ-GE. It's the naturally aspirated version of the same engine and it will bolt right up. PM me your mobile number, I'll give you a call.

good engine not a bad price if the rims are included....BUT please lose the idea of running a 10 sec quarter mile i dnt think you really know what a 10 sec car goes like n how much work is required to run 10z...just putting a 2j does not mean that. if that was the go every supra out of the factory wouldve run a 10z.

First of all its not a V6 its a inline six cylinders if engine in in mint condition than demand seems reasonable btw for how much you got the ride

Bro why dont u sell the car and get a smaller one if your looking for economy , cuz the engine is pretty much stable in this car MA
Its a really bulky car and only a 6 cyl would do the trick of pulling it - economy wont come anywhere near 8-9 km/l
And then again u'll be spending more to get another one , then the labor , then the durability factor etc etc
btw i think this car was in Peshawar previously , correct me if im wrong

Sorry was mistaken reg the V-6.You are correct..its straight in line six..my apology for the mistake.As i have a daily run of over 100km so thats why i want a fuel economy engine whom is competable with cng.what u suggest??? swaping will be a wise decision..i bought this car for 650k & my kids love its..its luxurious & very spacious..only problem is the stiff ride due to low profile tyres & big rims.and fuel economy is the 2nd problem.this engine is giving me 6 to 7 km per liter.i am a salaried person & family to look after..cant afford its fuel as a daily runner but wants to keep the car..now any good suggestions will be more than welcome.
No the car was from Lahore the previous owner was the 1st owner of the car.
I got this car against 750,000/- and wants to retain it due to its beauty & space but with a fuel economy..any good engine suggestion to run it on cng???

Why don't you try downgrading the wheels to smaller ones. These are what 18 inchers? Try getting a set of 14 or 15 inchers and you would see a gain in fuel economy. With that, try driving with a light foot.

If I were you, I would just get another cheaper car to drive everyday and use this as a weekend/family car.

better to sell the car then to down grade the engine my friend... It looks like its sitting quite comfortably in there and i would'nt swap it if it was mine...

What you can do is take out the turbo's and run it NA... might be arnd 10km/l once turbo r out...

a good option is to swap a 2jzge non turbo it will give you 10kmpl easily on a light foot and you will save the cost of new mounts have a friend who is swapping a 2jzge auto in his car i can ask him if he wants to exchange just pm me if youre interested also what pcd are your rims he was lookin for em 2 see if it fits his car
