check all timing marks ,,,,,, i use a 12mm bolt to lock the pump pulley in place ,,,,, remaining 2 dont need to lock if you keep lose all the rocker arms ,,,,,,,,

cam pulley mark at 3 O clock ,,,,,,,pump and crank pulley at 12 O clock ,,,,,,,

use dial gauge to time the pump ,,,,,,,,, previously it was on 0.86mm ,,,,,,,,,as per book i have times it to 1.12 mm ,,,,,,,, check and recheck 3 times ,,,,,,,,

but i have doubt about this setting ,,,,,, will talk about it at the end ,,,,,,,,

adjust the valve clearance after adjusting injection timing ,,,

carefully apply slight amount of silicon on only one side of rocker cover ,,,,, no need to apply on both sides,,,,, and it need to open soon to recheck valve clearance ,,,,,,,,,

all bolts/dowels of timing cover were missing ,,,,,, new dowels were long ,,,,,, so i have to cut each and every dowel ,,,,,,,
