Amazing job bro! I wish someone can show this thread to thousands of streetside mechanics who are wasting customer's money on fake-engine-overhauls with zero end results. That is why most of the people go and buy a 'kabli' assembly..

Im very late to the party, but this is an awesome thread. I, too, have a similar engine in my Jeep. At first I was thinking of getting my existing engine overhauled, but now I think, I will get another engine (Toyota 2l-T Old), and then overhaul like you did it, or at least attempt to. Well done, Niazi Sahib! And was good to see Xulfiqar and some other senior members lend their valuable advice and help to you.
