The mileage surely depends on the way one drives. I got following at different times and these are tank top to tank top not the odo thingy:-
On Motorway: 15.5 upto 16 KMPL (Between 100-120 KMPH). For over 120 KMPH one gets around 11-12 KMPL.
On GT road: Upto 15 KMPL (Not over 120 KMPH)
In the city with light foot: 13.2 to 13.5 KMPL.
In the city with heavy foot: 11.2 to 12 KMPL.

Bro the ODO average is very unreliable. Best is to calculate the average basing on tank full to tank full procedure.

City avergae for Auto varies from 10.5 to 13 kpl depending upon your drive and road conditions

Altis 1.6 A/T SR

I'm getting ready to buy a new car, and due to the obvious limitations as to our options, I'm looking at either a Corolla GLi Limited Edition or Altis. I'm also considering spending the extra money and getting a Civic... can anyone provide any feedback on the 2 Corollas, or a comparison between the new Civic and Altis?

Can any 1.6 SR Altis owner kindly upload pictures for the following features,

The speedometer (preferably lit) at evening perhaps.
The navigation/entertainment system
Of the inside roof (showing sunroof & controls etc.)

Seems like too much to ask at once but would highly appreciate if anyone can make an effort as i am interested in buying the Altis but perhaps just trying to further convince myself...

I have the same car here in Dubai. Although its called XLI here but I guess we can compare it with Altis as there is NO ALTIS here. But the features and all other things are similar. Most important mine is 2008 and Japan Assembeled, 1.8 A/T and the pick us just awesome... Will post some pictures

what have u done with the wood paneling centre console ? doing it all black is looking good, was it an option or done by urself lemme knw i like might do the same thing

Got silver panel set from Toyota and spray painted it matte black myself First rubbed clean with 3000 (I think) grit sandpaper and then sprayed four coats of spray paint with 3-4 hours drying time between each. Also used hairdryer for drying in between. They really look good as now am going to do another DIY for my brothers XLi also

Meanwhile got this for my Altis (yes the monogram background needs changing to white):

its looks pretty darn good, mine is blue 1.6 sr 2012 model not sure if it will mix with the car exterior but will give it a try
the grill giving it a nice touch monogram in black is better then chrome due to white color black and white is the best color combination in my opinion...
what about led day lights how much cost? i wanna get them fitted asap lemme knw :).. regards

Well I saw pic of a blue corolla with the same grille and then bought this cause that looked awesome. However, the grille was painted in the same blue colour. As far as DRLs are concerned I bought them from a fellow PW member from Peshawar who had bought them from China for I think 5K. They are basically fixed in the cover and this shape I have yet to see in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi but saw a lot of 'L' shaped which don't look that good. Monogram also painted myself, well I can offer this much that if you want you can place my black panels on your ride and see how they look on the blue one u have

Motorway Mileage with Cruise Control Set on 110 kph strictly. Total journey was 315 kms. Meter showed 16.7kmpl. When I calculated manually it came out to be 16 kmpl .. ( very keen and close calculation )

I expected better figures at 110kph.

What is the average of 6 Speed Manual Altis at 110kph ..realistic figures.
