I know your reason for mentioning the GDP is probably to indicate that rich Americans get cheaper cars and poorer Pakistanis get more expensive car.
However, there is a more interesting way to put what you mentioned as follows
Americans have GDP per capita 48000 US dollars and Pakistanis have around 1100
What this means is that the average american's production/output is approximately 44 times that of a Pakistani. In statistical (and monetary) terms,
1 American worker's output = 44 Pakistani workers' output.
(not that I am justifying this as a reason for our car prices but at least a partial reason since low income = low sales = costly production)
