buy proper engine oil then, from a licensed supply depot. and you dont need very ultra slick engine oils either as Pakistani cars are econoboxes anyway.

Disconnect the battery for 20 min and then reconnect it, also clean throttle body and air filter.
Well the problem that you have mentioned is a very common problem in Toyota Belta and Vitz. It has to do with the corbon filter in the car exhaust. Take the car to some exhaust guy and he shall open it and break the corbon filter and take it out. This shall solve the problem. Actually the filter gets blocked and is not suitable for the dusty conditions in Pakistan.Hope this helps.
