this engine bay is huge compared to ae86.

radiator can fit in there with fan?. enough space for hoses, etc?

yr planning electric fan setup to work with thermostat? and seperate for ac? condenser will come to front side with evaporator?

Yes Levin thats one of the Main reasons that i choose this car for the swap cuz the engine bay can handle a V8 easily ...

Yes there is enough room for the Radiator and hoses etc ( Although i m trying to source a large sized slim radiator) and for now no plan on installing the AC so i am not worried about the condenser etc ..

And yes for now the plan is to run a electrical fan with standard thermostat setup ... but we will know how it behave when engine is run and road tested .

Yup .. thats the same engine from ur lexus

Well the exterior color would a the same like engine bay .. SPORT ORANGE .. but with some Black Graphics .. InshAllah you would like it ...

And Yes the Interior would be Black Leather

which brake booster is that?.

from vitz or premo?. yesterday i had some decussion on different brake boosters and finally agreed to use additional vacumm cylinder to accompany the existing brake booster in my car.

Well to be honest we dont know which car it came from, cuz we got it form Shoba ..Actually we were looking for the correct size and found this .. It does say BOSCH on it and my Mechanic recons its from a Merc Benz.

Also your idea for adding a vacumm cylinder to the existing booster is very good .. it should work fine .. you can also change the Servo with a 95 corolla model one .. it should work much much better along with the Vacumm cylinder.

the bolts setup donest match. i dont want new holes in firewall for diffirent booster,,

drilling holes will mess up something else behind firewall. i saw 3 boosters yesterday brought as samples and decided to service original and fix it back along with vaccumm cylinder.

any change i make disturbs some other thing. we ve thinking on itb fittings since some days now. and itb come in way of brake and clutch:(

now im huntings for itb adaptors. hopefully things will be in order in some days.

im customizing aluminum adaptors to diagonally fit velocity stacks, facing front at 45 degree.

since 2 weeks no electricity at machinist, everything delayed.
