Of course they have genuine cars, or, cars with minor issues, like minor touch ups, paint work, fender, bumper, etc. replaced / painted, etc. but backed by Toyota's warranty. So if warranty is there, car is 100% major non-accidental, one may need not worry.
Of course you can, if you are not able to get any good deal from open market, and want to avoid khawari.
