When I said that I would post some more pics, I never thought I would have to post these. This happened just before Eid on Friday the 14th of December, 2007.
I was going as usual on a weekend from Muzaffarabad to Islamabad. On my way, while climbing the winding road to murree this happened.
The truck had taken a short turn and I tried to brake but the truck, that was already on my path was too near. My car screeched and so did the truck. My car screeched due to loosing its road grip but the truck was loaded with LPG gas cylinders.
I was lucky and so were two friends sitting in the same car. I was the lousy driver by the way. My car, on its path, and the truck half in my path, collided. The point of impact was the middle of the front of my car and the driver side front tyre of the truck. Just as the tyre had pushed the front bonnet, destroyed the front grill and pushed the bumper, the force of the impact destroyed the ac (radiator)grill, the radiator.
Apart from all this everything else was ok. By everything else I mean people. Its a long story but to make it short. This happened at about 4 or 5 o'clock in the evening and I drove (the same car) to Islamabad and reached their at about 2 AM(at night). I am really proud of my car as it has never let me alone. Always driven me to my desired destination and May it always do so.
