Last week my A/c blower starts reducing speed and after sometimes it stopped completely.

I took it to Sajid brothers A/c, they diagnosed that Fan blower Motor has burnt, also concerned carbon bushes also worn out. I told them to repair this genuine but they showed that as armature is cut badly so nee carbon bush will expire again so install new fan blower motor in Rs. 2,000 inclusive of Labor.

I repaired from another A/c shop in Rs. 1,500. He opened motor and installed kabli motor of 86 corolla and washed my blower fins with pressure water. Mashallah speed of blower motor has increased.
He also told that more speed and steady speed of blower can be achieved by installing extra Relay within Cabin in Rs. 500/=
Actually this blower motor gets damaged if u have habit of fast and rapid switching of Fan speed from 1 to 4(Low to High) in just 1 go. It is better to switch from 1 speed to Higher speed with proper delay interval

I think you should check the battery volts first..
Seems like your battery voltage goes up with engine RPM on lower RPM the battery isn't getting required voltage / current..
With engine idling the volts at battery should be 14-14.6 volts and with electrical load and AC and all that they shouldn't drop below 13.6 volts at idle. If they do drop then fix the thing's causing that problem first instead of installing a extra relay with blower.

bhai wiring can be weak. car is soo old now. wires got weak with the passage of time.

Time to add some extra wires then...
My car developed kind of same problem most of the mechanic's said to change the Alternator but when i conducted some voltage drop tests..
The problem came out to be a not so clean main ground cable. After cleaning that wire. Just as a precaution as you said wires develop resistance with time so to remedy that i added another wire from the Alternator mounting lug to chassis, engine block, gear box, battery and problem solved.
Now i get 14.2 volts at idle and 13.8 with electical load and AC on at idle.

yes usually it's due to poor ground.
that's why i installed all new custom wiring. and now there's no drop on any load.

my restoration project is getting lengthy and expensive,
i have started to remove all the old 2 or 3 layers of paint and putty with the paint remover by my self, its tiresome job,
the question is what is the proper method of repainting it?
and what type of paint should i use?
and the estimating cost?
its white color. i like the pearl white but the painter said that it is very expensive. he said that the whole car will be painted at a cost of 25000, and with the pearl white 45000.
please guide me

another thing is i dont want to use even a small amount of putty, because with time it cracks, is it possible to not use the putty? just spray the grey color foundation and then paint?

what sort of voltage test may i conduct?

Conduct a voltage drop test on both positive and negative side of battery. First make sure the terminals are clean.
For detail about the test you can search on Youtube chrisfix has a really good detailed video on doing that.

As you know mostly spare part's shop's sell the cable's by the number of wires in them.. So don't know what gauge or thickness those were.. The cable i liked for that work was having 70 wires in it... Known as 70 taarii in market.

what if i follow trial and error base, i put additional wires without conducting tests? can you show me the point where should i put additional wires? i want to do it by my self.

Can help you in this regard as he own's the same car..
But commonly for negative (ground) wire it bolts onto the case of generator OR where the generator is mounted to engine and then branch that wire to gear box, battery, chassis, e.t.c..
For Positive side you can add a wire from generator +ve post to battery positive..

My project started about 2 years back in 2016 ,spended more then 2lac and it's still in complete.
Bhai painter and denter totally depends upon the city you live. In Lahore they take 5k for a single patch while in peshawar on can get the whole exterior painted in 7~8k.
41 is the original white color code of 86 corolla . You can colour like mien came in new grande super white code is 40.
Yes pearl is expensive. Strip all the paint. Then go for new one. You can add pearls in white colour.

Yes strip the paint and spary the filler. There's no need for "puttien" if metal is in shape.
