my freind have 2 86... Whats the difference in both

Both are same DX.
But both got different engines, EE80 got 2E and AE80 got 2A (from factory). Which also means different mounts position specially driving side.
And also different colour
AE80 is white and EE80 is Beige Metallic.
Haha both are manufactured in same plant.

16 Gauge is used. As any denter. Cost depends upon denter that he is going to weld pieces or will install full panel.

a little bit rust left but much better now.
rust should be removed before paint otherwise it will continue to penetrate

16 gauge is 1.587mm 13 gauge 2.381mm
i think 13 or 12 gauge is best for it what u think?

13 gauge is too thick.
these gauges are used for reinforcement the chassis for extreme builds. (in these cars)

Tak Tak noise while driving and less precision in steering.
That's is ignition switch and lock.
this cross still got alot of play.

Nae. but koe denter mana ga hi nae welding karna ka. because the gas torch they got for welding can't weld more then 16 gauge. you need a mig welder or electric welder. And MIG is my favorite.

bahi i don't know mig weld kia ya gas sa bhatar hoti ha or mig ko kia khata ha urdu ma kia lahore ma easily mig welder mrl gay ga or kaha?

Much better and stronger then gas welding. And for these thin gauges it's better then Electric welding. keu ka electric weld thin gauge pe krna bhot mushkil kaam hai phir bhi vo neatness nae hoti. cars ma worldwide mig welding use hoti hai. yahan machines to milti haien or kafi expensive haien lakin koe bhi car pe use nae krta.
Mane apni gari pe ki hai electric welding or kafi thin like 20 guage pe. Bhot mushkil hai. thori si zeyada heat it will melt.

16 gauge hoti hai. MIG welding 20 gauge tak pe acha result deti hai and onward machine ki capacity tak thick metal weld kr deti hai. it's actually a combination of electric and gas welding
