the guy said they are bolt on dont worry but minimum rim size should be 15" as they dont fit in 14 or 13 and surely i will measure them

They are bolt-on, no reason for them to not get fit.
Nope. 14' will fit thats guaranteed and even 13' should.
Ae101GT discs are big to make 13' or 14' fit. And in ae92GT 14' is minimal size, Like the caliper of my ae101 discs which is installed are very close to 13 stupnies.

Ae82GT discs would be close to 238*16mm.
Waiting for the actual measurements.
Also change the brakebooster and proportional valves.
You can use ae101 brakebooster.
Because GT's got bigger booster the conventional models.

4efe doesn't came with a catalytic converter. just connect it with the check light from the ecu. so if there's any error code or sensor error in the engine this light will bright.

3) what is the benefit of heated catalytic converter?
