I would suggest 1nzfe. Wiring is easy. As it's common now. Just get uncut wiring and you're good to go.

So you mean all that computer electronics and sensors...they won't create any problems after swap?
I discussed with my mechanic about and I actually want 1nz but he said it'll create problems due to electronics and that 5a in good condition would be a better option.

Actually it's my first swap so I am quite confused... what do you say?

It's very very difficult to get a 5afe/4afe in good condition now. While you can get a clean 1nzfe.
No if you get uncut wiring it will fit connector to connector.
Find a good electrician. Will be no problem for him.
