I need some advice, i have 84 corolla with 4efe engine every thing is fine except car AC.
I am using this car since 2000, but till today not satisfied with AC.
In extreme summer of Islamabad ( ab isb ki garmi tu Lahore say kam hai per phir bi mention karna zarori tha) AC is only for the front seats and cooling is just above lahori cooler. Cooling improve on highways while in city it is not good.

My query is: Am i the only one or someone else is facing the same issue as well.
New radiator is recently installed this May along with AC service.

bhai firstly A/C system is Ok?like blower,compressor,cooling coil etc.
check leakes inside the cabin.

Many thanks for prompt reply, Car AC service was done this MAY but not much improvement.
I have tried 4-5 workshops in Islamabad and 1 in Peshawer but result is not good.
Please rate 86 AC when we compare it with other cars.
Cabin leaks ho sakti hain but cooling is not good even at AC inlet.

I know kay old car hai aur old technology hay, But i want to know this is common with this car or i am the exceptional case.

no bhai it's cooling is enough to cool it's cabin even with original 2A,3A.
there must be something wrong but no doubt it's an old technology whereas you car is having 4efe which has it's own compressor that is better then stock.
And bhai don't compare it with new car's there IS difference.

If you are using old type sprentine Condenser with R134a gas then results wouldn't be satisfactory.
Get a good multiflow Condenser along with a high speed Condenser fan (if corolla has any i don't know much about that) then the cooling will become better and also it will decrease high side pressures considerably.
Don't forget to pull a proper vacuum on the system.

Diesel engine parts..
AC meri car ka wo wahid component hay jiss ma kabi b kaam ni aya except gas filling..
My car AC cooling is just like new car...
Even I forgot about the scorching heating climate outside the car with five men on board.

Dear Bhai Log,
Many thanks for your feedback and it is very informative for me.
it is very relaxing that AC thek kam karta hai and i am the only one facing issues.
I guess condeser need to be replaced as earlier they changed the compressor for R134a but condenser R12 wala hi hai.

Condenser fan is Blower right.
App main say kisi nay condenser fan change kia hai ya stock wala hi use hora hai.

Wow the lights r so bright..
I fixed the steering box Play problem on steering while driving on rough passages..
The car is mechanically fit now in all respects..

I am not getting stable rpm...slight up and down sometimes..but sometimes it becomes fine..
May be spark plugs?

Maybe but also check vacuum leaks and ideal air control valve.
