Also I noticed when in bumper to bumper traffic my clutch paddle start producing grinding sound like dry intact of mechanical bodies...this start happening only in long term bumper to bumper traffic like on express way Islamabad hell traffic conditions..
Thanks bhai it's due to thermostat valve.....valve controls the movement of coolant because of which it gets hot immediately then at certain temperature fan kick in as so thermostat valvewhen valve is absent engine take time to heat up.if you didn't touch anything then i don't think mixture become rich itself because mostly it's due to wrong map readings and should give black smoke.hahah bhai ya sound har old car sa aati hai
Matlab my car is fine in that way..No it's OK not giving black smoke just heard from someone that engine works better in mileage when it s needle in the center ...when it's temperature is optimum

But bhai QG18 have great low end torque but HP of 1zzfe is greater then QG18
Yeah. I guess QG18 was also something 128hp but this 1ZZFE also accelerates like a bullet. And its a manual so a lot of wheelspin and power. Manual 1ZZFE is very hard to control in this chasis 2005-2007 corolla. Its bit better in 2009-2010 altis because it has more weight and better body design but 9th gen corolla with 1ZZFE manual is very fast.
QG used to pull like a turbo diesel because of very high torque band which it covers in 2800rpm. 1ZZ achieves max torque at 4400rpm but its good enough for daily.
Yes bhai E130 comes with 1zzfe further E140 cames with 2zrfe which has slightly less hp.
