Kharadiya press the tie bar to eliminate the play. It never last long more then month.

Bhai wouldn't be expensive as i bought complete kabli manual rack for 3.8k.

Can I get those bars from market? They also has joint type structure at other end.

I think so ae101 bolts will be same as ae80. Bhai take only bars with you open the ends are they seen to be ok.
First compare ae101 bars with these if bolts are same then prefer those on ae80.
Ends are same for both.

That's the point...
Our mechanics always suggest to change whole steering box instead of replacing of bars only..
If my steering box fixes by replacing bars then why I need to spent my money on purchasing whole steering box..
I will tell him to change bars only because rest of the part is working perfectly.

If there's no play or leakage then no need to change the rack.
These are available in market or kharadiya ka pas bhi hota haien

Play is only due to the tie rod..left side only.
And there is no leakage..

I will convince my mechanic...
Otherwise he will convince me for buying steering box and put new tie rod in my steering box and sell it on 7k to some poor fellow like me...
And again that one will stop working after 1year and life goes on..lol

Bhai agar to steering ki kanghi theek hai to koi masla nahe hai only take it to sensible khardia and ask him to check steering bush and install new 555 rack ends. If kanghi has play or problem then get kabli rack. Proper one can last 2yrs with regular driving.

The problem was in tie rod end..
Tie rod bar was fine as it was also pressed but culprit was tie rod end..replaced it with kabali one..
I checked it and it's top was not pressed before.

700 ka eik end dia mujy...but it has never been hit ..
Waissy shuba bazar may 1k tak jorra mil jata hay..
Lakin wahan intense traffic and fraud ki waja sy log nahi jaty..

He also had very clean and nice pair of brake discs hub..he was quoting me 4k for the pair..it was doubled discs..I was interested in it but now.

Ae90 stock came with solid disc ae101 came with vented disc. Although there are a lot more different sizes came in same platform.
