but its difficult to find all body parts for ke70. unless you get a complete car in pieces.

Who is the best guy in Rawalpindi/Islamabad to get Ke 70 tuned?She’s giving black smoke and bad fuel average(9kmpl on long routes with super light foot didn’t cross 60kmph).New spark plugs,New spark plug wires,Kabuli carburettor installed 6 months ago,New Air filter.Still the issue persists

ive had the same issue once im not very expert but if its black smoke thn the problem is in ur engine HEAD

Hi guys I just purchased a ke70 1981 lift back I want to know is it easy to swap the front to the quad lights? Does it require any fender cutting etc ?

Would also love to know about fender mirrors are those available easily in Karachi and if so for how much ?

As you can see with the pic below the car does require some paint work on the front other than that pretty happy with the purchase hope to get this car ready for car shows in the future.

for quad lights conversion any Denter can tell you better but they wont look good on liftback model. try to keep outer stock.

Oh yes the exterior would remain stock just trying to see which lights would look good up front still thinking if I should put up those rally lights up front as well along with its original squared lights and a cleaner grill

Currently it's got some aftermarket lights up front probably the ones you'd find on an FX

I went to plaza yesterday didn't have much luck with the fender mirrors they had those poor quality shells even though the mirror itself was good, saw some F1 type door mounted mirrors on Segal motors but not to keen on drilling the doors...Got taillight outer plastic for now bumper indicators and parking lights and of course rear emblems for the car. Now just gotta wait until I can take it out on the road (waiting on documents to be transferred) and finally get all that stuff installed.

From which shop you got these stuff? Good you didn't get the F1 style side mirrors they won't last for long although they look great on the car but its not practical. Original fender mirrors are too expensive. I also wished to put it on my KE70 but now I am living with normal side mirrors of Corolla 82

liftback variant has different tail lights (02 styles) than sedan which are difficult to source locally.
better to use 82 model lights because they are somehow look a like liftback tail lights.
right now you have tail lights of 80~81 corolla.

and these rear lights covers are useless no finishing at all. cheap plastic.

Finally i am back after a long absence from the E - 70 Scene after starting this thread due to some other commitments .

so let me introduce my KE-70 which i get hold last month with the grace of Allah .
its almost stock and under one old owner since new ..
