Dear @capsat, my mechanic is suggesting me to swap it with the simple 4K engine. Plus, i don't think our local mechanics are that much expert to rebuild this 4K-II (TTC) Engine. Need your opinions, please.

KE 70 with 4K-II TTC is a JDM variant of corolla.

The vaccum tubing is real tricky to deal with. call upon Jameel Autos 0300 9232821, in august he has fixed one such vehicle with maroon color for which owner was looking for a swap.
