Rpm remains higher when car is cold that's why you don't feel that on cold. Jerks won't come on a harder foot, it will only come on a light foot.
It's the cvt that's switching from lower ratios to higher ratios in order to save petrol.
Just to give you an example it's like you were driving on 3rd gear at 40km/h but you want to save petrol so you switched into 5th gear.
For your satisfaction get cvt oil pressure calibration from dealership, if the task complete on the scanner then your cvt is 100% fine.
I would urge everyone not to fiddle with this transmission as it can go bad within seconds and you won't be able to find a good transmission in working order. Slight jerks in k313 cvt are normal, humongous jerks that jolts entire car are abnormal.
