Hey guys!I am currently facing some issues with the clutch plate of my corolla gli (2013).My rpm keeps on increasing.I went to toyota cantt and they gave me an estimate of 57k.Toyota walton gave me an estimate of 41k.I have heard that bilal gunj is cheap and i can get this whole work done below 15k.Plz guide me.

Clutch plate and pressure plate with clutch bearing would cost you around 6000rs to 8000rs. Three litres of gear oil i guess 500rs/litre makes 1500rs. Rest is labour. As @capsat suggested call the given number and have your car serviced. All good to go.
8k max for all parts and lubes and 3k for labour. That's all. Buy original new Japanese clutch+pressure plate set of Aisin or Exedy

Montgomery road lahore is huge market for automotive parts. go around the area and ask for after market AISIN brand clutch parts for Toyota.
AISIN is OEM for Toyota. Will cost surprisingly low compared to Toyota 3S
Ive heard Japanese clutch plates do not work properly in corolla because of some measurement issues although it is a fact that aisin provides the parts to toyota.

you are tuned to some stupid FM channel, change the channel and change your mechanic. Exedy & Aisin are 2 most reliable clutch kits available in Pakistan. You may try source SACHS from Germany
Nah bhai! as already discussed by myself and @capsat Exedy and Aisin are currently best replacement parts for Clutch of all Japanese cars.
LOL.I just asked IA traders and they quoted me a price of 6500 for the whole clutch plate set with bearing.I have never tested local mechanics as I fear they might screw up my car's engine.Bought the car from toyota and have always been to toyota for servicing.I think its about time that i give try to some other mechanic because toyota has been looting me for years.Will definitely give Obama car care a try.Thanks for your help.

@capsat I contacted obama car care!He quoted me 8k for labour charges!That's way too much!
suit yourself, we few trust him with our lives .. we know the responsible person working under OEM specs, so he sure will be charging premium.

My local mechanic is charging 3k and he told me it would take about 3-4 hours in order to change the clutch plate.However,Obama car care told me that it would take around 8-10 hours.Plus he's charging 8k.
Quality comes with price.
Check With Toyota 3S And report Back How Much They Are Charging
9.5k for the labour!
If you dont like osama to do it for 8k then get it done from toyota 3s where you trust..plain and simple
