Last I checked Cross was readily available from dealership in 1 week, when I was selling my cross so I had to price accordingly mine was 7k driven , Initially when I got my car in Jan the delivery time from same dealership was May.
It is a great car but I was really missing adaptive cruiser control etc.
From my ownership experience of 6-7.5 months and having driven 7k Km both for daily office commutes as well as out of city trips.
Pros:
1) Great Fuel economy within city (Around 22km/l)
2)Great Build quality , No rattles no nothing noise insulation was very decent
3) Peace of mind considering its Toyota
Cons:
1) Less back seat capacity, , It was fine when I was travelling within city but always a problem in out of city trips with 4 adults. once had to take a Islamabad to Faisalabad trip with 4 adults and 2 small kids and the family complained alot after the trip this was my last trip with the car
2) 30L fuel tank capacity , it was not noticeable when I would just go to the office since one fuel tank would do around 640-650km in one tank, but when I had to take it out of cities on motorway this really annoyed me how little fuel this car can keep , on motorways Hyrid is not engaged and its like any other gasoline car and this car has same fuel capacity than that of my picanto.
3)Low ground Clarence , car looks quite raised from the back but its quite low ground Clarence wise as evident from the front, Practically tested it at a relatives house, they have an inclined ramp where the porch starts my MG HS and Vezel use to park there easily whereas my civic scrapes there badly , cross also did not pass that test and hit from below badly.
4)Loud engine noise , this was something I observed the day I got my brand new car I also confirmed from multiple owners as well as Toyota Maintenance Manager when the car switches from Ev to Petrol the engine noise is very audible inside cabin and when you are accelerating the sound is very heavy almost like a diesel fortuner that we had.
