when all other companies are also facing same downward trend of sales and the economic conditions which are unfavorable for many how can still a car which is considered an investment especially in our country still sell on more then its ex factory price ? i guess you took this statement to literally and fyi toyota sale figure for their 90 lac plus vehicle is still more then competitors like honda which are struggling to sell their civic . right now all car are selling very slow less people buying new cars reason for under invoicing its just the economy not the fault of the company or do you expect toyota to be perfect seller and always being sold for more?

after this price decrease bookings will surely increase and may be all filled out at dealers ..just like kia did with stonic and this is a Toyota corolla cross we are talking about that too a hybrid it will surely get a boost in sales after this price decrease offer.

Stonic price decrease made it's invoice price at somewhere around 4.5 million, making it available for a much larger consumer base compared to cross at 9 to 7.3 million.

Dealerships might get filled with people but I doubt it'll be as big as stonic.
Just my point of view no offence to anyone.

Ppl looking for a investment will definitely go there. The current situation of pk is extremely bad bro, almost 50-60% of the textile is down, due to the increasing electricity bills and "new stupid policies". Well ~ old news.

Point is ~ People don't have the money to buy cars rn, hell !! Even I got a bill of 85k recently ( electricity ). Don't know, what type of stupid calculation system they are running ...

Our completely empty house from which electricity supply has been shut off, got a bill of 19k! FOR GODS SAKE ITS EMPTY!!

Lol, my friends other house, the gas meter was faulty, even the bill said " meter faulty ". He got a 50k gas bill. Speaking of bills ~ here's the history of my bills. It seems like meray ghar mein kabhi factory ajati haay. ‍‍ I don't even use a AC, I'm good enough with a fan and that's it. I'm a complete jahil, I use to use winter blankets in summers combined with a fan only, no ac.

Invest in solar my dudes , sloar plates are at their lowest and its soo worth it , 10kva system and I have been electricity bill free for last 3 years with 2 inverter splits going on 24/7

Zeeshan bhai, I have a 10kw solar system for the past 5 years, but net metering couldn't be done due to house ownership transfer issues and HELLO Bills!

Still, these bills are way too high considering my solar system. Anyway, net metering was done at our main work building, and yeaa, it was beneficial for me until the gov slapped me with a 52k-ish bill. Pata nahi kaun sa calculation ka system hai !!

These are the same fools, jo electric gari ko CC mein convert kar rahe hote hain. Aik hath mein charaas hoti hai dusre hath mein cigaret " Sar jii aaa gadi 599 cc haay "
Gutka in mouth " oii tu pagal wagal hogaya haay "

52k bill, net metering was active.

P.S. As of 2024, all the issues (ownership) were finally resolved recently, and I got net metering done at the main house .

do keep in mind stonic is a smaller vehicle then cross and also non hybrid and devoid of the toyota badge ..which in itself is a sale booster

Many automakers like Master Motors doesn't reveal it's sales figures, but market is flooded with Karavan, Alsvin and Oshans..

It all depends what is your asking price. People here in pakistan want to sell the old car above the price of new car. I sold Altis, Tucson, cross in last one year or so and they all sold within couple of days. I sold my cross in 99 lac within a day 10,000 Km driven.

Because i knew price kam hunay wali hai lolz.
I will probably shift to the fortuner if KIA does not launches the new sportage this year. It will be either fortuner or new sportage. Will probably upgrade at the end of the year.
