Toyota is selling more corolla cross than the entire sales of Haval.
I'm not sure if you're paying attention to the sales figures reported each month but here are the official sales figures from PAMA since Corolla Cross launched in December 2023.
Note: These figures are combined sales because Toyota IMC only reports Combined sales of Yaris, Corolla and Corolla Cross, while Sazgar only reports Combined sales of H6 and Jolion.
-
January 2024
- Toyota - 2,143 Sold
- Haval - 966 Sold
-
February 2024
- Toyota - 1,759 Sold
- Haval - 407 Sold
-
March 2024
- Toyota - 1,547 Sold
- Haval - 503 Sold
-
April 2024
- Toyota - 1,722 Sold
- Haval - 544 Sold
-
May 2024
- Toyota - 1,562 Sold
- Haval - 779 Sold
And if it's not clear, these figures include the sales of the entire Yaris and Corolla sedan lines. So unless you're saying both of them have almost no sales, then it doesn't seem like the Corolla Cross is significantly outselling the Haval line even comparing month on month, and the growth trend is clearly visible on the Haval side.
Now, again I drive a Toyota hybrid, but I have no loyalty to any make or brand and will simply choose whoever offers me the best product and value for my money. And looking at these figures, it seems like more and more people are putting their trust in Haval as well.
