Hi first open the fresh air vent and run the ac at full for sometime so that the dried leaves and dead bugs fall onto the cabin filter. I would next time use an air blower to blow from the outside vent. Then stop everything take out cabin filter and clear all the debris.
I would place back the filter and let the solution pass through it just to prevent any remaining dirt, debris in the outside duct. You may use an old cabin filter and when all the foam is passed through filter and from the AC coil, then add a clean filter.
In the videos where people insert foam into vents, they may not get a clean ac condenser. If you read the instructions on the can, it says insert the foam from outside duct for fresh air.
