I got my 2019 grande inspected from pakwheels. Body was total genuine. I am the 2nd owner. Now I am selling vehicle. The painter I went for compounding/polish doubts the rear left fender is painted (even from factory but it's not untouched). They easily confirm from paint , denting waves, seals etc. A buyer also showed me that. Is pakwheels boy wrong? Why didn't he find it? Is pakwheels reliable?? Or are the other people wrong?

Rather than using Desi methods, you can find out using a paint tester pen or paint thickness digital meter.

Give that a try and find it out yourself.

Pakwheels certification only spends on their adds and not on training their staff who certify the cars. They are not much familiar about the functionality of various modern systems. Yet they are open to certify Teslas too.

I had a doubt as well on my car , but after using the machine it showed perfect reading , one of my friend who is a dealer , said my 1.6 fender is painted , even though it’s not , you can easily tell it’s original, Baat nahi manta, even though the device is showing a perfect .11 to .12 , laikin phir bhi kehta hai nahi paint hai , so I wouldn’t go on desi tarika, sometimes factories sai paint asa ata and it seems painted , I’ve bought a Yaris last month , brand new , and it’s trunk had pin holes , I was pissed , but again device showed perfect reading ,

You are right. And Yes, the device is showing perfect readings. Slight pin holes or apparently a slightly uneven surface (basically anything not looking ) makes one claim it's repaint.

device can only tell if filler was applied or not. If you shower a part after peeling off previous paint then it cannot detect it

yes it is possible. but the waves you are reffering to aka "daana" can be removed safely by a professional painter by wet sanding and then 3 stage treatment of the panel. I have seen many corolla's with this issue in 2018 even my own altis 1.6 2018 has this issue in a few panels but its hard to spot in super white.

Lol 16k just for airpress.In market good quality ones cost like 2k.They r nothing complex.Just made from plastic.
