AoA, I'm on the verge of booking 11th gen grande and the delivery month is June/July. Do you guys think it is the right time to get 11th gen corolla since we have news of 12th gen arrival in mid 2022? I just want my purchase to stay relevant for atleast an year+.

No way it's arriving that soon.
I doubt you'll see any next Gen on road or even dealers in entire 2022.

Even if they start taking bookings in late 2022, deliveries will be quite away.

If you got a great ride right now and can wait entire one year it's your call .

But if I had the money I'd get what I can right now. The next Gen will likely be much higher priced too .

If the car was delivered in perfect condition they would never entertain your claim...
Manufacturer will claim wear and tear or damage post delivery/negligence from owner.

I might be wrong about the Thai import but as there were no blue oval stickers in the rear windscreen (Japanese emission tests) so I assumed it was a Thai import.

The details are mentioned in the contract copy and the docs issued upon purchase of the insurance policy. Other details may be available on their website. The process varies from one company to another.

Insurance is not transferable, however, you can cancel it and get refund for the remaining months premium.

It is transferable to another car in your name. But premium difference as well as balance duration difference will apply. I got his don't with efu last year.

insurance is not transferrable. you have two remedies:

get a refund of remaining number of days if you have not taken any claims on current policy
get the unexpired premium adjusted in your next car - which should also be in the same name as insurance policy

talking w.r.t. Adamjee and usually its a general rule all over the industry.

@autophile sir I want to get this for my Civic X, but can't seem to get the apk on to the head unit. Could you please guide how to get the file to the system so that I can attempt to install it. I put it on the SD card I have but the file explorer cannot find my SD. Very strange. What file system and card capacity size will the head unit accept. It is running android 4.2.2.
I even tried downloading it from the website by directly browsing to it from the head unit, but the download is not going through, and keeps failing.

I not sure where I put the apk on sd card (in sim slot) or the USB. Grande's own file manger picked it and installed.
