I'm using it in a mix, so every week alternating between this and the normal one.

The good part about this is that it removed scratches on my bumper.

Also, the abrasiveness depends on the way its applied, if applied in small quantity after shampoo and with soft hand, it wouldn't be so tough on the paint.
