Sir, AliExpress is full of fanless LEDs. They are available everywhere and are mostly used for fog applications . They have less wattage and hence they don't heat that much ; that's the reason they don't need fans.
LEDs made for Headlights have more wattage and are made for performance hence the need for a fan because of more heat .
Fans found in branded LED bulbs never die quickly unless tempered with or damged.
