same problem in my altis 1.6 8k driven. But i have noticed a thing that if u do very hard acceleration for some time and then stop in D surprisingly it wont drop RPM for some time....can u verify this for me...

and with AC it wont drop rpm also....i think it was there from start and i haven't noticed it because of AC

Get it checked from the dealership. Try to floor it to 4k rpm and see if it turns off or not. It should turn off above 2k rpm

Clean throttle body first time at 20k kms.
Use proficar catcon cleaner fluid in fuel tank first time at 20k kms than after every 10k kms.

nah mate im good . No need to add any additive in the fuel tank, car has done just 18k and is under warranty.

Brother why do you think ECO mode is a bad thing

Its supposed to stay on. Below 20kmph the engine is running but no major output so wastage of fuel meaning its not driving eco. After that it will turn on to let you know you are driving good and calm and will get better fuel economy. If you floor the car you will see it turns off.

In Corolla there is no ECO mode just a light that turns on and off according to your driving behavior

get throttle body cleaned and ECU reset. if mount is broken u would feel vibration at any speed all the time.

For Gli it stays on till 130 kmph as far as i remember.
If you have the Gli or Altis 1.6 push the gear in D3 or D2 and see if the light disappears if it doesn't it is a problem them

No body could imagine a sudden snow fall (not hail strom) at Motorway near kalar kahar while you are driving at 120km/h, sudden breaking resulted in cars drifting as if they were ice cubes, even if your car is equipped with VSC other cars would be hitting you from everywhere, to summarise the whole story short refer to the video as one picture is better than one thousand words
