Yea..it tells than you are driving in eco zone like under 3000 rpms. In grande sports mode or manual mode turns it off, since car response gives more direct feel...fear ratios get changed virtually.

aoa guys need couple of info from Grade owners, i got 2019 Grande i m not getting how speed linked door unlocking works? doors automatically lock when speed is above 20km/h but dont unlock even after shifting to P or turning off the engine or opening driver's door!!
secondly from where to a get a decent silencer cover? random cover either dont fit or don't suit i dont know why...

Why go for own. At most places 1.6 is available for March ki delivery. One month bhi wait nahi hota?

No auto lock feature in Altis. You can install after market device for it though. Someone shared a link for it in this topic. You can search the old posts

Ok i need to understand one thing. We all know that an 850cc cuore has less pick, power and torque than an xli/gli. But looking at the specs it makes me all confused. Kurb weight of cuore is 640kg and xli has 1275kg (comparison table attached) Cuore HP is 40 whereas xli 84. Torque value of cuore is 65 and that of xli is 121. So everything is proportional. If cuore has half the power and torque, it has half the weight too. So why it's low in pick and overtaking than an xli??

Yes we can lock unlock from driver side panel. And the sound is very low, sometimes i have to twice lock/unlock my car from outside just to confirm that the remote worked. If there was no indication through indicator lights, you probably wont know if it has changed locked position

Coure should be lot lesser than half of Gli's weight to make its pick equivalent to or greater than the latter. Like for example a 800cc bike, though with a lesser hp and torque than 1.8 L Grande, would definitely have more pick as it has lot lesser weight.....

Is there anyway I can increase hp or pick of gli automatic ? I was thinking about upgrading the air filters and plugs , I do want to mention my gli auto only is diven 1400 km , I was thinking about selling it and getting either a new civic or 1.6 altis , but I want to wait and get a new Corolla next year ..
