Right. But washing it 1st with wash&wax shampoo, wouldn't it leave a very thin layer of wax making scrubbing difficult. Point is, is it necessary to use a wash only shampoo (without wax thingy) before and during the scrubbing

Yes normal shampoo for scrubbing, but better use something like ECH20 or Nanoskin Glide. I use ECH20.

You can contact Ahmed Yar (Luxe auto Spa) for nanoskin scrub or you can order from Aliexpress..[Marflo brand] scrub pads. Scrub is cheaper and easy to use than regular clay bar. New car has a lot of contamination, just clay and then see the difference. There is no negative impact as far as you are using good lubricant like nanoskin GLIDE, and use fine grade for new cars. White cars never remain white unless de-contaminated.

Scrub removes all wax and leaves paint soft and supple...no problem to scrub on waxed car.

Guys as the Current tyres(Yokohama Advan A460) installed on Altis 1.6 are noisy according to current users and reviews. I was thinking about getting Yokohama AdvanDB for my Altis which is going to be delivered soon. How much will these 205/55/16 Yokohama Advan A460 go for ?

They should go for a good price but you will still have to spend probably 15-20k on top. Id say go for it instead of cursing yourself later.

20000kms down and these Yoko A460 tires are the worst Ive ever used.

I have advan DB in other cars I drive and the difference is literally day and night.

I hear noise from the front left passenger side whenever I go through cat eyes or an uneven road, But I can't figure out either the noise is coming from the dashboard or the door, I asked them to fix it on my first free service but since then it has just increased, I have heard it's a known fault so is their any fix, I have GLi 1.3 SE FL.

Its the left passenger seat. I have a Gli SE too. same problem. When occupied no noise when me alone on small bumps rattling sound occurs.

If the difference is 15 K than it definitely can be a decent deal. I have Yokohama A drive installed in my other car and the drive is so smooth and soundless. Thanks for the reply sir !
