Localisation is meant for customer benefit, as parts are locally made and hence cost less.
However, like every thing else its the otherway around. The local vendors wants business so offers low price subsequently we get cars with poor fit & finish. The car assemblers dont bother because they know they can sell everything to Pakistani's.
This is true for, Suzuki, Toyota & Honda.
On the other hand Pakistan is run by under matric Babos and Graduate Bureaucrats they have least interest in whats goes on as they are getting their share.
