wat i understand, the fixed amount of tokens is increased WRT cc of vehicle, so yes, old vehicles has to pay higher amount .... like i said earlier, i was paying 680 rs for 2500cc old jeep but now it seems 8000 rs .... and its 16 years old !

I am back to Pakistan and I have driven this car and this so freakin nice. My 1.3 GLi used to start shouting when it touches 80-90 but it does not feel at all in this car. I wanted to ask one thing. Can I turn off auto mirror folding on lock and unlock. If yes, than how?

Well we disengage the mirror retract button in civic and it turns off the auto retract. Dont know about Grande, try that maybe it works !!!
Why does it bother you anyway? At least it's not the same story as me because I have to turn them on and off manually which is a pain in the @$$.
Trust me brother, if you had someone else cleaning your car daily than manual fold and openin mirrors are a blessing because these guys they always open side mirrors to clean them and in auto retract you know what that does 🤣

Yes you can just long press retract button with left or right adjustment button. When you hear a weak tuk sound release. Now mirrors would not retract automatically. You will have to use the retract switch. Repeat the procedure to enable auto retraction.
