No issue. Doesn't make much difference. Our rides are not high performance NASCARS. Just ensure you do not pour a poor quality oil.

Baqi Taglon, Liqui Moly, Mobil1, Japenese Toyota Enginr oil hardly makes any difference.

Some members mentioned TOTAL Quartz having good quality with cheaper price. Waiting for their feedback.....

Oil and oil filter after evey 5K Kms, can increase drain level to 8-10 K Kms with fully synthetic oils (like Taglon, Mobil 1, Liqui Moly etc) after you are over with car warranty.
Air filter after 10 K Kms.
Under carriage bolt tightening after 10K Kms.
Clean air and AC filter after every 5K Kms.
Check coolant and brake oil levels at least on weakly basis.

Mobil1 0w-40 seems to be winner grade..10k kms..interval or yearly as i hardly drive 10k a year . Taglon ki to specs bhi nhn pata bhai

Btw i found quartz 9000 in 1L packing. Total pump near Toyota airport motors.. they have ample supply. My friend will be putting in his altis 1.6 32k driven.. previously car was on taglon

As per owners manual 40k but should be changed at 60 k km in grande cvt
N in manual grande abt 80k
Costs is abt 10k yester year

Sorry for ignorance. I haven't checked what the manual actually says but isn't tuning recommended after every 10k kms considering our environment. Atleast it was recommended like that by everyone including Toyota for my previous cuore. Agar manual pay chalain to for cuore, it used to recommend air filter change after an year. Practically it was not possible. By 3000kms, air filter needed change almost everytime with oil change

Drove xli 9thgen up to 134,000 kms and 10 years, never did any tuning or TB cleaning and never faced a single issue, great fuel economy and acceleration all along.

Kept 1.6 for one year, sold after driving 18,000 kms, no tuning

Kept Grande 2016 for one year drove 10,000 kms, no tuning

No need for tuning if you are not facing any starting trouble or missing

I am a 1.6 owner for almost 11 months, I have been using Total Quartz 9000 5W-30 in my Pre Facelift 1.6. The fuel economy is great, it is recommended by many people and me.

It’s a fully synthetic oil with 5k changing interval. It can be bought from any authorized Total fuel station, get a 4 liters pack from there, should be around Rs. 3,800.

My advice would be to go for it as it has been giving me excellent performance.

Bro nothing happens if tunning not done. In our country every thing is Dusty n mixing cheat.
but with tuned n clean engine it asserts power more than choked arteries and vains of car due to bad fuel . Dusty environment .
Kept several cars from 98 n done tuning n not tunning but ultimately after tunning car s more responsive. Even now my grande FL was heavy on 24k ODO n after tunning . Plug clean. Catalytic converter clean. It is more responsive n reactive.
It's universal principle not argumental point.
After Ac service it gives cooling like new
Laptop blower service enhance it's processor working
Furniture after service gives look new and reliable
Shoes after polish enhance it's age
Even after make up feminine never recognised as previous
Heee
So maintenance is the key to enhance age n reliability of every thing.
Rest is ur choice bro tune or no tune. Interval is urs choice.

Just for info... any car having CAT filter (catalytic converter) shall get it cleaned at around 50K or 60K if the exhaust seems blocked...
The car performance improves by a margin.

Exactly, for instance, I initially wash my bull with a pressure washer to let all the dirt slide away. Then I get my foam cannon; KARCHER ready and foam the bull up reaaaaaally good.

Then I give it a good 5 mins for the foam to soak upon its leather, while it walks around and grazes at times.

After that, I pressure wash all the foam down then I get my shampoo and washing mitt, REMEMBER: To work from top to bottom, choose one direction to rub the mitt on its leather, otherwise, it may cause scratches. (Better safe then sorry, huh?)

After that, I give it one last wash, then I apply my Maguire Hoof Dresser and give it one last goooood rub with a microfiber towel.

Voila, ONE. SHINY. BULL. IS READY TO GO OUT!

Toyota medium maintenance service which is as per owner manual is at 20k ODO n which includes Catalytic converter clean up. Tuning. Plug clean . Alignment. Wheal balancing. Throttle clean. Screw tightening of mounts suspension. General Inspection of electric articles. Transmission oil check. Computer digital inspection etc.
Rest is ur choice to do or skip.
