You take out any friction (off the road) how can you translate anything like this into real world driving? Not joking, I'm genuinely curious.

I got checked ma car engine from faisalabad Toyota canal road . They hanged front wheals and connected computer n ran car upto 190 km/h.Even my friend in lhr member of private street racers who has many modified cars use to check speed test and change bhp and turbo of different cars in home where he developed a garage for modifying his cars. He download the latest progs even pirated for diff cars .So I think scrutiny of bhp. Electric terrain. Torque n it's equbilirium s called Dyno test or otherwise I retire as no further knowledge.

Unichip has a dyno but no Toyota dealership in Pakistan has a dyno. They can not just plug in a computer and tell you how much power the engine is making.
And the front wheels don't "hang". They spin on a roller/rotor and that is how the power at the wheels is measured. But only a few places in Pakistan have a dyno, that includes unichip, dynotech in karachi and maxpower in lahore. No official dealership has any dynos

It's not strange for me as earlier mentioned that my friend has private garage n doing modifications with all time hanged front wheels of diff cars n programming their ecus. N turbos. I have no specific knowledge or I'm not any technical person but he does a great job. Etc Keep v8 engine in crown. Installing diff double turbo system in Mazda rx etc

Even I have seen Desi dynoos when hired cars with company's are run on bricks on front wheel by drivers to show their meter running to claim remuneration.
