There is no harm in using it seriously people use it without problems. However there are much better options available at same price of a better grade.

always check the flashpoint before selecting oil.flashpoint for 0w20 is 230 degrees.no idea if one can touch 230 in engine or not unless the cooling system is faulty

My grande started chick chick sound from right front shock when coming from shogran this August.N also on steep brake or a huge bumps it make some noiseBut over all go smooth.I think that some tightening of nuts etc needed
The rubber inside was dis located under the shocks ... It was fixed under warranty.

Am not sure if the logic that ambient temp doesnt matter is correct or not but am sure of one thing. Using 20w50 in my cuore creates a lot of starting and idling issues in extreme cold mornings. Can't march the car till 5 mins till engine warms up and oil starts to flow easily.Doesn't happen at all in summers. What else could be the reason?
Then did you try 5W30 in it in winters?
20w-50 is a grease ...then varies brand to brand.
Ambient temperature does matter. Thats why multi grade oils were made.
