Something really unbelievable happened that day when I reached to have the oil changed. So there were these guys in their silver Altis 1.6 FL model, their car seemed to be relatively new as the interior seat’s plastics were intact, but the exterior had some scratches here and there.
Anyways, those guys had brought their own oil, which was 10W-30, or 10W-40, can't recall right, it was of Havoline’s.
So, not only did they insist that they want to have the wrong oil poured but to aggravate things further, they insisted that they only want to pour 3 liters of that.
3 LITERS!!!
Had these guys paid attention to the owner’s manual or had asked someone experienced beforehand they wouldn't be laughed at when they left. Total freakshow.
