I have Comprehensive TPL car insurance of my Corolla Altis 1.6. Now i have to travel to Quetta by road in a month or so. Heard that TPL as well as all insurance companies does not cover Balochistan for any loss. Is that right?

One: You can read your insurance policy and coverage.

Second: you can call on their help line and ask.

Adamjee covers Quetta and Balochistan like any other Pakistani area. there is no such exception clause in Adamjee.

Random and probably silly question: Are there any benefits of using High Octane in grande? I've used high octane mostly, but was just wondering should i really do so? The biggest argument we hear for the usage of high octane is k millage achi aati ha. Well, thats is true to some extent. On motorways, yes farq parta ha. But in cities, i feel like its all about how you drive. So, other than this, is there any reason to use high octane? Mine is 63k driven, out of which atleast 45k is on high octane (no mixing).

Two questions:
1) How to fix loose headrest? My 1.6 has aftermarket seat covers and passenger side headrest is loose which makes
noises on rough patches.
2)Is there any software update for latest infotainment systen in altis 1.6? My car is oct 2018 invoiced and the Alpine unit is very slow and lags when connected to wifi or in youtube. Any fix?

How flat is the cut off for the Grande. I know about the left and right side height difference but overall the cutoff should be pretty much horizontal, right? I had a Fit GP5 with a very nice cut off in the low beam LED's (it has halogens for high beam). The problem with my Grande is that the cut off is a bit uneven, not absolutely flat.
Could it be caused by misalignment of lights due to small bumper hits?

this sound comes when brake grease dries up.... just go to any mechanic or 3s.... and tell them to apply branded brake grease on brake clips in side the disc brakes.

This issue isnt the fault of Toyota indus rather dealerships and outside mechanics. I too faced this problem when I got my brakes serviced from toyota airport lahore and those guys had no clue why its happening. Later I found out that while servicing Toyota 3s mechanics used some other grease instead of brake grease and this sound started.

It can't be updated. It's built in the interface. I have however installed paid Sygic app which is updated online.

Now I need that even no more because I can mirror my phone on the hu and run it from there.

Agreed. It's same with Altis 1.6 2019 model as well. I even tried to get it balanced but didn't make much difference.

Plz guide. My Altis 1.6 2019 is due for it's 3rd oil change at 14k kms whereas current meter is at 12800. But it's been 6.5 months since last oil change due to COVID. So am planning to get the oil changed now due to period. Hope am doing right. 2ndly plz suggest what else to get done like tuning , brake service, balancing and wh alignment as i haven't got anything done from the very start. I also plan on going for a long country wide drive in near future. So keeping this in mind what else should i get done alongwith oil change?
